Friendly people on site and in corporate office. Pay and benefits as a corporate employee are okay.
Cons
Unrealistic expectations of corporate level employees and very little training or assistance from C Suite/ regional leaders. The c suite has potential to be great but are extremely disorganized and wear too many hats. They preach a culture of putting the right people in the rights seats but do not stop to analyze if they are the right people for their own seats.
