      Pros

      The work atmosphere made you want to come into work everyday

      Cons

      They hire mainly internal, not much hope for someone who is a temp looking to become permanent.

      The work was pretty straight forward. The work schedules for Management staff are set meaning not much overtime needed to complete the day's work.

      Cons

      We had production deadlines which left lots of room for error because each case needed to be examined on a case by case basis.

      Pros

      The pros good benefits great pay but for someone i would say at the age of 18 you get a yearly $1 raise and 3 months after probation you get another raise PTO was awesome you get around 167 hours pto hours are great 8-4

      Cons

      Your whole life revolve around emblem health no room to grow unless you have been there 10 plus years well it seems everything is based on seniority and majority of the people who has been there is seniority . Management is very secretive and untrustworthy they will laugh and your face and then fire you . 30 min lunch same routine everyday . We were suppose to get are bonus this year however they made some lame excuse that the were unable to provide us with the excuse due to Medical hospital claims and pharmacy claims that had to be for the year of 2014 dental benefits sucks . I was there a year and a half and enjoyed the beginning
