      Friendly Atomsphere

      Pros

      The atomsphere is friendly, the coworkers there are nice, the manager is not bossy, and the location is nice. Even though sometimes have deadlines to catch, you dont feel too much stress to finish.

      Cons

      Pay is average, benefit is average. Promotion system seems not that efficient. Sometimes you feel like you are gonna stuck at your current position forever

      Not Rewarding

      Pros

      Salary for remote position was good, some of the odds and end benefits were okay, Bonuses were average

      Cons

      Never could get better than a 'meets expectations', mgmt policy. Expected much, returned little. Politics were through the roof. Planning was an illusion at the iT level. Sandy was a prime example. Irene was the warning, Company consolidated operations into a building on the shore across from Governor's Island during that year. Result, site flooded, disaster recovery and scrambling to keep company afloat. All IT operations are slowly being outsourced to consultants. Most decisions were based on avoiding conflict or work.
