Pros

Time off (you start with 20 days PTO, 10 Holidays plus 2 floating Holidays), relaxed environment, flexible working hours, interesting work. The pay is competitive and benefits are OK. The CEO is a great leader, has turned the company around and truly cares for the workers.

Cons

The health benefits are a bit expensive, especially given Emblem is an insurance company, and the network outside of NY & CT is a regional alliance. That's new for 2021 so no one's sure how well it works. They seem to be hiring a lot of VPs from outside while there's not a lot of opportunity to advance within the company.
