Pros

Generous PTO, onsite cafeteria and work from home option.

Cons

The company is definitely not doing well and leadership hides in their offices. There is absolutely no accountability for anything and the lack of organization and communication is incredible. They preach all this about challenging the status quo yet leaders micromanage everything. It's def not the same company it once was years ago.

Low salary, high staff turnover, supervisors who don't meet qualifications for position. Everyone resigns or retires

Pros

Location was convenient and telecommuting was allowed.

Cons

LPN was allowed to supervise RN which is against the Nurse Practice Act. RN's hold the higher rank and LPN should never be in supervisory position with RN staff reporting to her. Salary was extremely low compared to similar companies in the same location. Benefits were only fair; not great. Large numbers of staff resigning on continuous basis leaving larger assignments for those left behind.

Talented, hard-working and dedicated employees.

Cons

Total lack of executive leadership. Communication from leadership to employees is non-existent. Leadership does a lot of talking and planning but can never execute. Reactionary project planning. Company allows "bully" management.
