Pros
For non-union, 23 PTO days, 12 holidays, including xmas eve and NYE day. Good salary, though you will pay a lot for health coverage. Informal dress code and work remotely is allowed.
Cons
I was not laid off. I left on my own. Emblem is a very depressing place to work at. Facilities are ok, but most floors' decor is outdated and sad looking. Location is good but hard to reach for many employees. Employees' morale is very low in most departments as most people have seen entire departments being laid off and keep wondering when will they be next. Everyone knows that the company is under extreme financial stress and waiting to be overtaken by the state.
