      Great direct team and other cross functional departments

      Cons

      Terrible upper management where lower wrung employees are talked down to from other companies within the business. They instill a no talk up policy and promote men that gaslight.

      When I first started things were great management wise, salary no micromanaging

      Layed off dozens of employees with no sympathy or notice, conducted a meeting with over 50 people as a team’s group and said we are all laid off immediately, not even a thank you for all you’ve done thus far?
