Pros

Very supportive and robust safety culture

Cons

Pay could be higher, but you don't have to hunt for students/customers to fill the hours like in Part 61 land.

Pros

- Great atmosphere with lots of opportunity to build hours quickly - Part 141 course with structured modules and a flight data/certification office to help maintain your students' records - Top of the line maintenance and safety program - Great group of Instructors -- best of the best

Cons

- Get ready to work constantly - Airspace is congested so it can take almost an hour to get off the ground - Significant management supervision
