Pros

The university offers excellent time off, flexibility and generous benefits. Another plus is the location in the mountain west. Prescott, AZ is a town that people who can live wherever they choose, choose to live!

Cons

Senior leadership at university headquarters frequently display their arrogance, perhaps not unexpected in the world of academia. This fact is not lost on faculty, staff or students. The Prescott location will always be treated as a second class citizen when compared to the Daytona Beach campus (university headquarters).

Pros

Christmas Break, Summers off, the energy from the students provides a dynamic environment

Cons

Workload relative to pay is horrendous. Expected to do research, cultivate research and grant writing on your own time, without a course release or pay. Expected to do an endless amount of service on the weekends and the pay does not coincide for the amount of time put in at the University.
