      Benefits, paid leave and generous holiday break

      Cons

      ERAU underpays their employees, but more so if you’re an employee of color. They also penalize employees who have children even though they claim to be family-friendly. They cater to DeSantis and do not have employees best interests in mind. They made employees work with an incoming hurricane not allowing for proper preparation.

      Pros

      I have worked two jobs as a student at ERAU, over the course I'd which I became disabled. Every staff and faculty member I met was nothing bit kind and supportive. It made adjusting easier and i am very greatful.

      Cons

      There's an hour cap for student employees at 25 hours in normal school semesters (it cam be increased to 29 during the summer).
