There are some kind staff members and faculty, but they are few and far between
Cons
Every day working here I expected I to wake up one morning and find out we have made the news for a lawsuit. I have never worked for a place that has so little care for their students or staff. Faculty are only treated marginally better but not by much. Every single kind, intelligent person I met working here left within 2 years because of how bad this place is. Leadership at every level is bad and the unethical behavior is shocking. Multiple coverups of safety issues, student SA cases, and employee abuse of both faculty and staff. It’s not just the big stuff either, every year your Christmas bonus is almost exactly what the school charges you in parking fees that you have to pay for the pleasure of working there. It’s a slap in the face. I wouldn’t work here again for a million dollar salary.
