Good and safe aircraft. Pay isn't too bad. Educational benefits are always a plus.

Cons

Horrible work environment. Management, Chief Pilot and Department heads are always out to find an escape goat. The flight department promotes, bullying, hostile work environment and a constant fear for your job followed by intimidation and some racism in there.
