Pros

Health/Dental insurance, tuition assistance, 401K, and meaningful work helping people reach their academic goals. Most employees who work here are very nice people.

Cons

Tuition assistance is only for degrees offered at Embry-Riddle. Low pay, high stress, heavy workload, and unhappy customers blaming you for policies that you have no power to change. Promotions are based more on your education level and the person above you leaving their job than on your work experience and system knowledge.

Time off, benefits, and education. You can get one undergrad and graduate degree.

Cons

Advancement is hard to come by but that shows people like to stay
