Pros

The student part-time employees are treated on-par with the full-time employees and fantastic opportunity to gain work experience when you study. Most of the on-campus part-time jobs are done by students and stress free work schedules are a great incentive.

Cons

Some of the on-campus part-time jobs only pay you the minimum wage of the state. The pay is also never increased after each year
