Pros

Being a student, having a source of income on campus, allows flexibility in the way to manage time and studies. Working as a student grader, allows flexibilty in the way to grade and work with the professor.

Cons

You can never escape the place you learn and work. This can cause extreme stress, as you have to balance both work and education. Generally you may not study during your working hours, as you must devote your entire time to your job.
