Pros

Learning environment, supportive team, flexibility at work, detail oriented, fast paced.

Cons

Nothing as specific. Sometimes there is lot of work on the students, hiring ad training of new students will resolve this

Pros

This is ERAU Worldwide review--I have no knowledge of working at ERAU in their brick and mortar schools. ERAU has plenty of tools for you to work from anywhere successfully. Other companies may allow it; at ERAU they thrive it.

Cons

Pay isn't that great. For teaching a 10 wk course, you get about $1200-2400 depending on class size.
