Benefits! Great time off, excellent 401k, and an affordable health plan. Also love the students!

Cons

Embry-Riddle used to be a great place to work. Now there is an atmosphere of distrust and fear of speaking your mind. Management claims that they want that to change, but they don't actually. Anyone who doesn't go out of their way to shine is forgotten. Also, there's no room for job growth.

Cons

The job required much more time in comparison with the study time. The salary and the amount of hours able to work were limited.
