Pros

Good collaboration with faculty members. Good work-life balance and rather generous leave and vacation time, even for first-year employees.

Cons

Administrative salaries were not consistent. Policies and procedures manual is extremely long, but it does not always result in streamlined customer service from the students perspective.

Pros

The company has great benefits, lots of time off, and great pay. Most people are really wonderful

Cons

I had no training, my job description doesn't even come close to matching what we spoke about in the interviews, and my boss currently gives me no work. However, they expect me to look like I am busy all the time.
