      Pros

      As a flight instructor at Embry-Riddle there was never a lack of students or work. There was also many attractive benefits like free school as a full time flight instructor.

      Cons

      Some cons were long days at little pay, but the flight time was worth it for building hours to move on to another job or move up in management.

      Pros

      Great faculty and resources. Essential to the students future and making a difference in there life. Able to be there for the students. Students are not numbers at this university, but actual people and the faculty and staff remember them.

      Cons

      There was a thing called the "riddle run around" this is a process when you needed something taken care of and you were sent walking all over campus trying to complete the task. Only you end up at where you started and it was a waste of your time.
