Pros

Very intelligent faculty and administration. Most people are passionate about aviation, which creates a common bond. Large network, and large brand name recognition

Cons

Overly bureaucratic and some departments do not communicate effectively with each other. A lot of departments repeat work that might have been done already.

Great benefits

Pros

The university offers excellent time off, flexibility and generous benefits. Another plus is the location in the mountain west. Prescott, AZ is a town that people who can live wherever they choose, choose to live!

Cons

Senior leadership at university headquarters frequently display their arrogance, perhaps not unexpected in the world of academia. This fact is not lost on faculty, staff or students. The Prescott location will always be treated as a second class citizen when compared to the Daytona Beach campus (university headquarters).
