      Pros

      Health/Dental insurance, tuition assistance, 401K, and meaningful work helping people reach their academic goals. Most employees who work here are very nice people.

      Cons

      Tuition assistance is only for degrees offered at Embry-Riddle. Low pay, high stress, heavy workload, and unhappy customers blaming you for policies that you have no power to change. Promotions are based more on your education level and the person above you leaving their job than on your work experience and system knowledge.

      More work than its worth

      Pros

      Free room, works around student schedule, great worker and teams, great lower level managment

      Cons

      Terrible upper management. Too many unseasoned professionals in one place. They make many redundancies that make doing your job more complex than it should be. Also they are very cheap and want to work you for all your worth with the bare minimum compensation.

      Pros

      Helping the students is the best part. There are a lot of good people who still work for the company, though most are going elsewhere now.

      Cons

      Long hours, terrible pay, kiss family life goodbye. RUDE employees in other departments. Too many bosses not enough workers. High turnovers have started, volatile upper echelon, with no stability.
