Always has various projects to work on. Plenty of research experience and one on one meetings with professors. Professors that you work with are highly skilled and motivated to help the research students learn or take on challenges head on. -Remote work, flexible schedule.

Cons

- Position I held did not get to interact with other students but mostly worked remotely. -Minimal on pay for the time and type of work that needs to be done.
