Horrible work environment. Management, Chief Pilot and Department heads are always out to find an escape goat. The flight department promotes, bullying, hostile work environment and a constant fear for your job followed by intimidation and some racism in there.

Professor is too much. Too many restrictive rules for no reason (i.e. can't wear our headphones even when no one is there)
