Pros

Comfortable place to work. The benefits are okay. After five years, you begin to accrue a decent amount of PL.

Cons

No sick time (you have to use PL) No loyalty. Parking you pay for and finding a parking spot is stressful. This makes it difficult to leave campus for lunch or an off-campus appointment during the day because finding a parking spot when you return could take 20 minutes or more, depending on the class schedule. Low pay.
