Pros

I enjoyed teaching with ERAU. The students were engaged and the coworkers were very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience working here.

Cons

The pay is low for an adjunct.

Pros

Working with a enthusiastic group of coworkers and a passionate program manager

Cons

Being a for-profit university, it was tough to get additional compensation that would be commensurate to the industry average. Seems that the pay mostly works to attract students rather than professionals to the job, although it is advertised as a professional-level occupation.
