Pros

Health and dental benefits. You may be eligible to work summer hours from May to August.

Cons

You have to pay for parking. Even if all of your work and meetings are done on the computer, you will not be permitted to work remotely unless you are in the IT department. Most "leaders" will want you to stay in your area, rather than build work relationships to learn about any other department. Low pay for most positions. You are entirely disposable regardless of your position and what you bring to the table.
