      You get to travel for work a bit.

      Management knows nothing about industry. They can care less about anything besides making themselves look good.

      Pros

      High pay for very light work levels and ample time off/benefits Some expense paid traveling Close knit team, including some special team members.

      Cons

      Sleazy sales tactics that puts the car salesman stereotype to shame (asymmetric information, flat out lying, etc.). Incredibly high turnover in clients (no real effort by others to retain business, disregards customer loyalty) and employees (I had three different supervisors over four months). Close knit team (if you do not fit then you will be somewhat ostracized or left out). Wasted resources and opportunity from unmotivated leadership.

      Needs to invest more in technology and keeping people around

      Diverse, good group of people of course depending on what department you're in.

      Cons

      Weak leadership, no care about keeping up with technology. Don't expect a lot of training.
