Pros

-Diversity of projects -Supportive and approachable team (mine was anyway) -Flexible scheduling with fully remote options -Summer Fridays and year-end break -Committed leadership -Opportunities to meet many people and learn a lot

Cons

Emerald uses a lot of systems depending which role you're in, so sometimes it gets overwhelming. Some of the departments could communicate better with one another, but I believe they have been improving on this.

Pros

Allows casual dress for employees, there are many close relationships built - the GA office really supports each other. Depending on which location you work in, the teams are fun. Unlimited PTO.

Cons

There’s very little room to move up. Advancement is based on favoritism and the higher ups don’t offer assistance when requested. The pay is below average. The VP to CEO level is very us vs them.
