The company name looks good on the resume but too much inside polictics

Pros

Benefits are okay. You need to negotiate your salary and may get what you are looking for. They may expect you to do things away from your profession. And these expectation get higher by time

Cons

Management is too restricted. Your work will be micro manage. They may change your cubicle more than often. As a IT professional they may want you to give network support and get your hands dirty even if you work as application analyst or a developer
