Pros
Great people, Interesting work, Nice Facilities, People remaining are A-Players who work very hard but getting burned out.
Cons
Not a Positive outlook for Oil and Gas, Emerson is almost exclusively tied to Oil and Gas. Review process is the worst I have ever seen as your direct manager and department head have little influence. Moral is low as annual compensation reviews have been deferred. Two large reductions in force the last two years have cut many areas to the bone but management has not matched expectations. Pay - Declining, Opportunity - none, Workload - Increasing
