      Pros

      Excellent New Product Development (NPD) processes for large and small type projects. I also really like their portfolio management procedures to make sure you’re working on products that bring the highest return on investment.

      Cons

      Big corporations like Emerson are just slow to act. The time needed for decision increases as a factor of the number of people involved in the decision process. Small companies and startups do not have these barriers to communication or decision making which makes things move much faster.

      Very Poor Management

      My direct reports were a great team to work with. Can't think of any other pros.

      Cons

      High Turnover HR Team Corrupt Management says that they want change but block it Sexual harassment runs rampant with the HR and Senior Mgmt team members. If you report it you will be targeted and forced out.
