      Pros

      Handful of very smart people who run the company, work with these people and you're going to enjoy your time there.

      Cons

      The remaining 95% are either old, play politics or have been there for 25+ years. Its time to get some young people who you can nurture. HR department absolutely horrible with the exception of newer HR team.
