      Great international exposure Ability to learn how things are done on a massive scale / large corporation Ability to interact with other cultures and travel internationally (YMMV)

      Cons

      Compensation meets but does not exceed market average Campus far from downtown Yearly raises small -> hard if you initial wage is small

      Pros

      Nice working atmosphere, people are always willing to offer help and advice. You aren't requested to pretend to love being in the office, i.e. it's OK not to do overtime even in very busy periods.

      Cons

      There are no bonuses, overtime is only paid in very exceptional cases, there aren't enough specialized trainings to help you advance in your career.

      Pros

      Fast paced environment, booming industry, high quality products, lean and efficient processes. Plenty of growth potential and management encourages inter-departmental transfers.

      Cons

      Management objectives sometimes unclear. Also, more corporate politics than any other organization I've worked for. Also, as much as a team environment is essential in this kind of business, the various departments don't work as cohesively as they should (more finger pointing and politics than necessary).
