Complicated system, lengthy process , slows down the decision making , can be well managed to improve productivity , limited exposure in the market, can do more on brand building

Pros

Lots of hard working people and there were some very interesting projects going on. No micromanaging in the engineering team. Free lunch.

Cons

I found that trying to get a word in with the management was sometimes a difficult task, for example 10 minutes a week would be all you could get.
