      Structured, Stable Organization. Diversity in roles if you are willing to invest 3 -5 years minimum

      Cons

      Dont Understand the true basis of competition, lack of understanding of market dynamics. Business systems and Goal orientation is counterproductive.

      colleagues generally are nice. Flexible time. Self time management. You are allowed to be independent.

      Cons

      You are on your own. There is nothing as such your boss recognise your potential and develop you. No praise/no promotion. You get out the same as what you came in regardless of how long you work, and how much you contribute. Unless you quit your job and look for internal opportunities then apply yourself.
