Very flexible when you have to take care of personal business PLENTY of overtime, especially with a new program that has now been implemented

Cons

Senior management (Jim Benson from our corporate headquarters in Columbus, Ohio to be exact) is completely disconnected from what actually happens in the field and imposes new policies that make no sense. Causes the company to hemorrhage money.

Average salaries and work hours. If you want just to get a salary without careers expectations that is the right place for you.

Cons

People trend to be there several years just because do not want to change. Only mediocrity people stay. You need 25 years to get a decent position. If you are a woman never get there, they make you feel completely uncomfortable and will be openly receive comments about your "presence". It does not matter how good you are or well you do your work, only how much you flatters people. I have been asked to do my boss laundry at a master level!
