For Fresher this is a dreadful company...this doesn't mean they burden you with work..they pay you decent amount....there wont be much work...you came, play and go. No once cares....but this will affect you in long run. once you move out of this company...you have nothing, no zeal to work, no scope to work, no respect for policies...after all this will ruin your career in the long run. But if you are planning for your retirement in Punjab, its ok else don't look for this as a fresher. One more thing they don't take you anyway, if you are from top notch institute
