      - It provides a wonderful opportunity for careers to advance - If you would like to work in another country, Emerson offers internal hiring which is a very big plus - The culture is very open - Recognizes your achievements

      Pros

      I have had the chance to experience a lot of interactions with financial indicators that gave me a hands-on experience when it comes to actual changes in this field. Also I was pleased by the thorough initial training provided by the company.

      Cons

      After the initial training there is not much involvement of the company in your career development needs. Inadequately staffed team, makes working overtime a necessity on most days. Compensation does not meet the evaluation outcome.
