      Benifit is quite good; work and life balance; Open culture; have a nice experience in Emeron Process Management; training couse, especially for external training for personnal is enough and quite good.

      Auto-promotions, you can decide to stay in your current position or move to another area or grow up in your current position. Some companys not have this system.

      Cons

      I am new in this position, for me every day is a new challenge in all aspects: leadership, make desitions for better results, learning, teaching, even the language, etc, are only a few aspects that are making my path as good engineer.
