      Structured, Stable Organization. Diversity in roles if you are willing to invest 3 -5 years minimum

      Cons

      Dont Understand the true basis of competition, lack of understanding of market dynamics. Business systems and Goal orientation is counterproductive.

      Pros

      I started working for Emerson Process Management ,since I finished my degree, considering an important challenge for my career and a good opportunity to start my professional life, providing me useful knowledge in business processes. Furthermore, I can say I have improved as important skills as communication and language (English,German language) and problem solving skills, among others.

      Cons

      I worked at Emerson as Order Handler and I really missed me the changable job. I wanted to improve in my carreer.
