      Pros

      Close to my home with average travel. Pay is average.

      Cons

      Management does not communicate to it's reports or employees. Back stabbing and undermining is rampant. Very unprofessional behavior from the Director level. IT drives how the business should use technology. They are implementing Oracle 11i instead of R12, 11i is already shelved. VP's with lack of leadership skills. Veteran employees unwilling to accept change. Poor benefits package.

      Consistent work schedule. Adequate time off. The work environment is pretty good and you get to watch tv all day!

      Cons

      Terrible benefits No weekends off No advancement. This job is not for people who enjoy weekends off, you will never see one!
