      Good place to be trained, but not to build a career

      Good technology for field devices Good training Business Ethics is the priority

      Cons

      Very poor salaries Promotions are reserved only for "friends". No relation with business results or hard working Human Resources are the last priority in the organizattion "Customer Service" works only on Senior Management speechs

      Pros

      Great company, lots of things to learn and to pick up. Do provide a big picture on how the projects are run.

      Cons

      Long hours and very little recognition on work done. Management is usually more interested in the results rather than the process of obtaining the results. Management resistant to changes in the process, which sometimes result in tedious work to be done more than once for a project.
