      Pros

      -good compensation compared to similar jobs, especially if you got the dedicated night shift incentive -goo recognition on service awards -reasonable management. good feedback mechanism -food for night shifters

      Cons

      -no automated time in/out system -manual filing of leaves, tardy, OT -for my position, dont see lateral movement opportunities -reduced training budget of late but has slowly come back

      Good for getting industry knowledge

      Constant, division-wide worry about job security, even when I was first hired At-will employer that took offense when employees (more than several!) gave less than two weeks' notice Treated some of their best employees badly Encouraged higher education but no one who got it stuck around Another employee told me that company was a "get your feet wet then get out quick" place
