Pros

I can honestly say this is the first role where I truly love what I do. I’ve been very fortunate to have supportive direct leadership that genuinely cares about both my professional growth and personal wellbeing. The program is also very flexible, as my direct supervisors are understanding and accommodating.

Cons

The only concern I would raise regarding the company is that I have noticed and it has also been brought to my attention by others, instances of discrimination toward employees who maintained good professional relationships with a previous manager within a certain team. Additionally, there appears to be an unhealthy culture of gossip and negative behavior circulating within that environment. When someone is promoted to a managerial position, I believe they should serve as a leader who motivates, supports, and inspires people, rather than bringing them down. For this reason, I would strongly recommend a more thorough review of the behavior and team dynamics involved, as I do not believe the “Your Voice Counts” summary alone is sufficient to fully address these concerns.
