Excellent world-wide market served in controls and sensors, considered highest quality and reliability by customers. Large established customer base. Business units seem to be run conservatively, making financial numbers and without large swings in workforce. Seem to be gaining market share. Good work-life balance.

Cons

Currently in a down market since some business is sensitive to crude oil prices. Customers (large automation facilities, like oil wells and refineries) move slowly over decades, so using latest technology that is not well proven is not a high priority.
