The company has been around for many years and has many resources available to the employee. The pay is standard and the work is easy. Most of the work instructions are documentated.

Cons

As they are seeking CMMI 3, there is only one way to do things, their way! Most of the design is by committee, which can be irksome.

Very interesting place to work. Training and all the support are given when necessary. Interesting project and there is place for innovation

Cons

the location is not the best (in Newtown), depending on your expectation though. The place is quite beautiful, surrounded by trees and river, but I feel it a bit far from civilization. This is just a point of view.
