None, actually they have to learn a lot to run the corporate model. i guess even local vendor shop has good standards.

Cons

I was going through all the reviews, it's all lies. i feel management himself is filling it. i left the company based on the poor management. this company will never support you for anything. total mess. no one knows whats going on, no focus, no planning.

not see any thing, worst company.

Cons

no motivation, senior keep pressuring and they themself don't work, if you call team leader they have no idea about the process. worst management, worst team leads. no proper office, no infrastructure, running like local vendor shop. salary is worst, no bonus, no benefit, no PF, no medical, no transport, no food, no snacks.
