Pros

Good Management, very supportive, Collaborative, engaging, fun, and competitive. If you're on the right team at the right time, there are also amazing opportunities for career advancement. Every 6 months or so I've been given new responsibilities, had the opportunity to learn new skills, or even had the chance to try a new function. I never get bored and I see other teams promoting from within as well. The culture allowed you to be your authentic self at work and earn the commission you worked hard for.

No such.... that's why still with Eminent from the past 8 years.
