Pros
There is a lot of room for advancement in the company, no matter what level you are starting at. They take pride in their internal development opportunities.
Cons
Pay is mediocre, dependent upon position. Getting things sometimes feels like it takes an absurd amount of time- the processes are slow and everything requires miles of red tape and approvals. They don't invest enough in their IT infrastructure and the whole operation suffers as a result.
