      Patients acknowledge expertise of staff and express gratitude at getting great care. Ancillary employees very friendly and helpful throughout the hospital.

      Cons

      Management aims to maintain productivity at greater than 100%. This while also having high expectations of providing unreasonable care with high staff patient ratios. Management demeaning, condescending and autocratic.
